Fall in Ridgeland, MS: Your Guide to This Season’s Can’t Miss Events

October 2–4, 2026 | Renaissance at Colony Park

Kick off October in style at the 19th annual Renaissance Euro Fest, where more than 150 European automobiles and motorcycles will gather at Renaissance at Colony Park. Admission is free, giving visitors the chance to admire everything from classic Ferraris and Mercedes-Benz models to Rolls-Royces, Porsches and vintage motorcycles.

Festivities begin Friday with the Renaissance Downtown Road Rally Drive, followed by an evening reception and a free concert featuring Barranco and Santa Angelo Project at 8 p.m. The main show takes place Saturday from 10 a.m.–4 p.m., with an awards reception beginning at 5 p.m. at the Hyatt. The weekend concludes Sunday morning with a casual sendoff featuring coffee and beignets.

October 10, 2026 | 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. | Freedom Ridge Park

Celebrate the flavors and traditions of fall at the Ridgeland Pecan Festival, a free afternoon filled with live music, local makers, family activities and plenty of good food. Sound Wagon, Bridgid Ferguson & Tim Avalon, D’Lo Trio and the Accumulators will provide live music while craftsmen Brian Hill and Nic Neese demonstrate wood turning and glass blowing.

Shop artisan booths and the farmers market, then stop by the Kids’ Zone for pumpkin painting, flower crown making, balloon animals, a beekeeper demonstration and more. From 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., the Pecan Dessert Showcase adds something sweet to the afternoon, while food trucks will serve up even more festival favorites. With local craftsmanship, family-friendly activities and plenty of ways to enjoy the season, the Pecan Festival brings a full afternoon of fall fun to Freedom Ridge Park.

October 17, 2026 | 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. | Martinson’s Garden Works

Plants, Pumpkins & Pinot returns to Martinson’s Garden Works with an expanded celebration featuring an 11-vendor artisan market, food, live music and plenty of fall atmosphere. Browse locally made goods from vendors including Little Blue Stem, Pearl River Glass Studio and Pickenpaugh Pottery while enjoying an afternoon at the garden center.

Grab a bite from the food truck, sip a glass of wine and enjoy live jazz from the Ellis Trio, a legendary New Orleans group. With shopping, music and a relaxed outdoor setting, Plants, Pumpkins & Pinot is an easy way to settle into a fall evening in Ridgeland. For more details, call 601-259-5198.

October 17–19 | The Ridgeland Trails

Mountain bikers, mark your calendars! The McGee Lungbuster returns to The Ridgeland Trails for its 19th year with two days of racing, live music and outdoor fun. Saturday kicks off with registration at 10 a.m., followed by kids’ races at 1 p.m. and enduro racing at 3 p.m. Stick around after the races for a bonfire and live music from TB Ledford and the Accumulators beginning at 5 p.m., plus a Tiny Bike Race. An ice cream truck and food and beverages available with a donation to TCMBA round out the evening.

Racing continues Sunday morning, with Cat 3 beginning at 8:30 a.m., the e-bike race at 9:50 a.m. and Cat 1 and 2 races at 10 a.m. Those who want to hit the trails without competing can join the Just for Fun Ride, with podiums and trophies following the races. Whether you’re racing, riding or cheering from the sidelines, the McGee Lungbuster is a chance to experience Ridgeland’s mountain biking community and spend a fall weekend on the trails. November 12–14, 2026 | Bill Waller Craft Center

Chimneyville Arts Festival celebrates a major milestone this fall as the beloved event marks its 50th anniversary. Kick off the celebration Thursday, November 12, with a Preview Party from 6–9 p.m., then spend the weekend discovering exceptional craftsmanship from artisans across Mississippi and beyond.

Just down the road in Jackson,the 83rd National Folk Festival returns for the second year of its three-year Mississippi residency. As the nation’s longest-running traditional arts event, the National Folk Festival has traveled to communities across the country since 1934.
