No need for a passport, but expect to be immersed in an entirely unique and timeless world in this stylish district in the northwest corner of Ridgeland.

Since Northpark's debut, the world has changed a lot. And this Mississippi institution has not only kept pace, it’s remained a step ahead as a vital and vibrant destination for brands and products of all types. Sun pours into the atrium through vast walls of glass. Inside, the new spacious and gracious cafe-style Eatery has revitalized the concept of a food court with a large-scale, dynamic Media Wall captivates with displays of the latest events, activities and special deals.

Other new amenties - like touch-screen directional signs, a new Family Lounge with private breast-feeding areas and video games available on oversized interactive video gaming screens to entertain children - all add ease and excitement to a Northpark excursion.

The Railroad District

Located on Jackson Street, just off I-55 Exit 105 B East, you'll find the Old Town Railroad District in Ridgeland. Relax and step back to a time when “downtown” meant wonderfully walkable charm, friendly shops and inviting ease.

Bill Waller Craft Center

You know you’ve reached a special destination when you pull into the drive at the Bill Waller Craft Center on the Natchez Trace Parkway (also accessible via Rice Road). The building’s crisp clean lines blend beautifully in the verdant landscape overlooking the Barnett Reservoir.

Inside you’ll find everything from stunningly designed quilts and gracefully woven baskets to dynamic metal sculpture and fused glass creations to eye-catching handmade jewelry. All together, the works of more than 400 leading crafts artists from Mississippi and across the southeast are available, and with each purchase, the biography of the artist is included.

Highway 51 + Trace Station + Oak Place District

Call it the perfect intersection of classic and creative. Bob Dylan memorialized Highway 51 in song; today shoppers sing the praises of this historic highway for retail choices ranging from antiques to arts, from fashions to florists to spa services.

Located on Highway 51, just north of Jackson Street, are two shopping centers Trace Station and Oak Place where you’ll score some great finds and some good eats.

Old Canton Road + Lake Harbour Road District

On Old Canton find everything from fresh produce to lawn and garden, from bed and bath to sporting goods. Running east from Highway 51, the high-style Lake Harbour is home to fashionable boutiques, spa services and more.
