Entry Fee:

$250 per team (includes up to 15 players)

$10 for each additional player over 15 with a maximum of 20 players

Deadline:

Friday, May 23 for online registration to be completed, this includes the Coach's information & entry fee paid in full.

T-shirts sizes MUST BE emailed to sportsdirector@stategamesofms.org by Friday, May 23.

Team waivers can be completed and turned into the Commissioner before the team's first game.

TEAMS CAN NOT PLAY WITHOUT A COMPLETED ROSTER AND SIGNED WAIVER FORM!!!

General Rules:

Tournament structure will be announces closer to the beginning of the tournament, but playing field and general rules including stoppage of play and fouls calls will follow USAU guidelines. Specifics about game length, cap rules, and timeouts will be announced at a later date.

Mixed Gender Format:

The State Games will use a mixed gender structure for teams, with requirements of at least two females from each team on the field at all times. If a team is unable to field two females, they must play down a player unless a 6-1 male:female ratio is agreed upon before the game by both teams' captains. Captains are not obligated to accommodate the other team. Teams will also not be allowed to play with a 7-0 male:female ratio at any time.

Please keep the "mixed gender rules" in mind when forming teams for this tournament
