Ridgeland Eco Park at Freedom Ridge
The Eco Park at Freedom Ridge Park is a nature-focused outdoor space designed to support environmental sustainability, recreation, and education. The park features a scenic loop trail around the Purple Creek Basin with interpretive signage highlighting the area’s ecosystem, along with native landscaping, bridges, and restored wildlife habitats. The project also includes streambank stabilization, water quality improvements, flood reduction efforts, and expanded outdoor recreation opportunities that enhance both the natural environment and the visitor experience in Ridgeland.
